2. Cybersecurity Assessment Services, Subscriptions & Billing Terms
WeSecureX operates strictly as an online cybersecurity assessment service provider and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivering cloud-hosted vulnerability scanning, dynamic application security testing (DAST), and continuous attack surface monitoring services. No physical products, items, or tangible goods are sold or shipped.
- Pricing & Currency of Services Offered: Prices for cybersecurity assessment service tiers (Starter, Professional, Agency, Enterprise) and scan credit top-ups are stated on our Pricing of Services Page in USD ($) or INR (₹). Applicable local taxes (such as GST or VAT) are clearly itemized prior to checkout confirmation.
- International Card Payments: We accept domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club). All payments are authorized through PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers via 256-bit TLS encryption. Any currency exchange rates or cross-border fees applied by your card issuer are governed by your agreement with your card issuer.
- Online Digital Service Fulfillment: All cybersecurity services and scan credits are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment authorization. Online access to scan reports, API audit workers, and vulnerability telemetry is activated instantly within your digital workspace.
- Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal: Paid service subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via Dashboard > Billing.

4. Authorized Scanning & Ownership Verification
Mandatory Authorization: You explicitly represent and warrant that you own or have obtained formal, written authorization from the legitimate owner to conduct security evaluations, automated crawls, and non-destructive dynamic application security testing (DAST) against any domain, IP address, or API endpoint submitted to our system.
Scanning unauthorized third-party infrastructure without consent is strictly prohibited, constitutes a material breach of these Terms, and may violate criminal and civil statutes including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), Indian Information Technology Act 2000, and international cybercrime legislation.
5. Nature of Automated Security Audits
Our scanning engine executes non-destructive security probes designed to detect known vulnerabilities, missing HTTP headers, TLS misconfigurations, and OWASP Top 10 weaknesses. While engineered with high precision, automated scanning cannot guarantee the detection of all zero-day vulnerabilities, complex business logic flaws, or manual authorization bypasses. An audit passing score does not represent an absolute warranty against security breaches.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeSecureX Cybersecurity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of business revenue, system downtime, or third-party claims resulting from the execution of automated security scans or reliance on generated vulnerability reports.
7. Service Modifications & Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or modify scanning quotas immediately and without prior notice in the event of platform abuse, fraudulent payment chargebacks, unauthorized domain submission, or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
